Who is this treatment for?

This treatment is highly effective if you’re hoping to brighten and polish the skin while also hydrating. It can also be especially effective for acne and concerns with aging.

What is the difference between Microdermabrasion and Hydro-Microdermabrasion?

Microdermabrasion has been used for many years as a way to polish and re-texturize the skin. It can be extremely drying and dehydrating to the epidermis which can compromise and leave it more vulnerable to bacteria growth and dysfunction. 

Hydro-Microdermabrasion performs the task of gently exfoliating the surface while infusing hydration at the same time supporting the natural ecosystem in which your skin can easily perform its healing and natural functions. Both treatments use lymphatic drainage and the dermabrasion technique that exfoliates the skin, Hydro-Microdermabrasion infuses customized serums in at the same time to balance and hydrate the skin.

What can I expect?

Hydro-Microdermabrasion can deeply hydrate the skin as it’s gently exfoliating the surface. The infusion of treatment serum directly into the upper layer of the epidermis will plump and fill the skin giving the skin a fuller more hydrated look. This can reduce the appearance of fine lines and dull dehydrated skin. The gentle exfoliation will polish the surface of the skin and clear out debris in the follicles leading to better function and excretion of sebum. You also get the added benefit of the Lymphatic drainage cycling out old toxins and waste while bringing fresh oxygen and nutrients in blood flow on a cellular level to the skin. 

With better microcirculation and metabolism you’ll receive deep internal healing over the next few days after your treatment. Hydro-Microdermabrasion Therapy is maximized when combined with LED Light treatment. This treatment helps to boost the production of collagen and elastin. How often should I get this treatment?

We recommend booking this treatment as a series of 5 sessions, a week apart and then every two months to maintain results.
